PayAnalytics founders win the Wharton People Analytics - White Paper competition

Two years ago, PayAnalytics won the Wharton People Analytics Startup competition. This year, our founders are back, with our scientific collaborator Dr. David Ross as the winners of the White Paper competition.

Their white paper titled "There Are No Colorblind Models in a Colorful World: How to Successfully Apply a People Analytics Tool to Build Equitable Workplaces", focuses on algorithmic fairness and machine learning bias, and what we need to do to get things right, through thoughtful application and implementation of analytics.

You can view the finals here and the download white paper here.

Or if you are lucky enough to attend the Wharton People Analytics Conference, Margret will be speaking at 1:15pm ET.
